Crafting Typefaces
Architecture is an expression of our identity— it shapes our everyday lives and forms the physical structure of our world. Typography mirrors this, becoming the architecture of our ideas: crafting intellectual spaces through which readers move, shaping their experience through the interpretation of meaning.
For this reason, we found inspiration for our typeface in the work of Mexican architect Tatiana Bilbao, who sees architecture as an invitation to wander, to move, to pause, and to embrace silence — all through the careful organization, definition, and juxtaposition of space. The places we inhabit and the traces we leave behind are part of a living history, subtly shaping our understanding of space as profoundly as the structures themselves.
